Delivery & Conditions

Sleep better knowing that our White Glove Delivery is ayour new bed. We will remove all excess packaging as well as removal of your old mattress, base and/or boxspring. We work to recycle all packaging and product and do our part to support the environment and our communities while building a better tomorrow.

Depending on what you purchased, we will deliver to you one of the following ways:
Truck Delivery

For large parcels, our very own Delivery Service professionals on our own trucks.

Free Standard Delivery

  • Always free if order is $75+ *
  • Includes transportation, mileage and tolls
  • Home protection from outside elements
  • No-contact delivery where you want – inside of your front door, side door or even garage
  • Our team will call you in advance and give you a 3-hour delivery window, so you don't have to stay at home all day
White Glove delivery
  • Upgrade in checkout !
Includes all Standard services plus:
  • Assembly and setup of your new mattress, bed & base/boxspring to your room of choice
  • Removal of all excess packaging material
  • Removal & recycling of your old mattress & base/ boxspring (equal to the number of pieces purchased)
Courier Delivery

For smaller parcels and packages. Once your order is processed, please allow 3-5 business days for it to arrive.

Additional Notes

What’s a Small Parcel?

Anything that can be shipped via courier, such as UPS, FedEx, Canada-Post, Purolator. This may include pillows, duvets, mattress protectors, sheets, or any other small items.

What’s a Large Parcel?

Anything that cannot be shipped via courier (With themattresses, bed frames, headboards, footboards, beds, lifestyle adjustable beds and box springs.

Delivery Restrictions

Free delivery is available on all large parcel orders over $75 before taxes across Canada except for the following areas:

  • Northwest Territories, Yukon, Nunavut, Newfoundland, and Labrador.
  • In these locations, a shipping surcharge of $120 will apply and we ask that you please allow 7-10 business days for your order to arrive once it has been processed
  • Additionally, in some semi-remote areas, an additional charge may apply to purchases made in-store

There are no deliveries on weekends for courier shipments.

**Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or certain remote areas.

Tracking Your Shipment:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email to track your order. If you have account created, you can visit Order History in My Account to view your tracking number.

Online Purchase Exchanges and Returns

Most sleep accessories (pillows, sheet sets, etc.) purchased online have a available online only are not eligible for in-store exchange or return. Please reach out to our Customer Service team for further information and assistance.

In-Store Purchase Exchanges

Most sleep accessories (pillows, sheet sets, etc.) aresuccessfully exchanged. Simply drop by a Sleep Mart location near you and our team will gladly help you out. In the case that the new product(s) of your choosing are of greater value than your exchanged item(s), you will simply be asked to pay the remaining balance.

Receiving and Exchanging Damaged Product

If you received a damaged product, please contact our Customer Service team within 48 hours of your delivery and they will be happy to help resolve the issue so you can rest easy.


Please note that we do not accept exchanges on any furniture items, including lifestyle bases and bed frames, or on already discounted merchandise.
